Bonjour, je m’appelle Lucy!
I’m the creator and performer behind Joy 4 Kids’ interactive French theatre productions and workshops for primary schools.
All French theatre performances are delivered as one-woman experiences for KS1 and KS2, performed in both English and French, with pupils actively taking part throughout. Children are invited to step into characters, respond in French, and engage through storytelling, movement, song and playful challenges.
Schools can choose between two interactive French theatre productions — Au Pays des Lutins and Au Musée Magique— as well as a French workshop designed especially for EYFS and KS1.
French theatre performances and workshops are available to book throughout 2026. Please register your interest using the form below, and I’ll be in touch to discuss your school’s needs and availability.
Joy 4 Kids’ French theatre experiences build on several years of touring productions in primary schools.
For 2026, the focus is on solo performances, allowing pupils to take on the other roles themselves. This approach creates a highly interactive environment where children are at the centre of the action, responding in French and shaping the story as it unfolds.
Schools consistently comment on the confidence pupils gain when they are invited to participate so actively, rather than simply watching a performance.
